Direct Channel is a leading Contact Centre and Business Process Outsource Provider throughout Africa. The Company was started in 2001 and has seen phenomenal growth over the past 10 years, currently servicing the needs of reputable multinational organisations in various sectors. Direct Channel started off with just 6 seats, and 9 years later the company has over 3,000 seats circa.
Headquartered in Johannesburg, the company has (5) contact centres across multiple locations in South Africa and four (4) locations in East and West Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Lagos and Abuja).
Direct Channel launched it's first contact centre operation in Nairobi, Kenya in 2009 in partnership with a local company called Simbatech, a premium technology provider to the BFSI sector in East and West Africa. The company is known as Direct Channel Simbatech Kenya and has already made it's mark as a serious contender in the BPO space in Kenya.
